With Jamie Stanton broke, Phil Smith had an easy trip to the final with an 8.12 solo, while Bob Kurgan won out on the other side of the ladder with an 8.06 defeat of Dan Kroll. In the final, Smith'as run came to an end with a -.229 red light, giving an easy win to Kurgan.

After more than a month hiatus, the stars of the NMCA are back in action here at the Beech Bend Raceway Park in Bowling Green, KY., where for the first time, they’ll compete for the coveted NHRA “Wally” as part of the new partnership with the NHRA Unleashed program.

Wild Street Finals

For the first time ever, the NMRA and NMCA roll into Auto Club Dragway in Fontana California for their west coast event. While there won’t be many NMRA and NMCA east coast racers at this event, and it’s being ran under mainly PSCA rules, we look forward to a good race on this warm weekend.

Due to an issue with the original runoff where John Leslie Jr. mistakenly got a .500 tree, the Factory Stock winner and Nostalgia Super Stock champ Douglas Poskevich re-ran their run for the ring. But like the original result where Leslie went red, Poskevich once again took the win as Leslie spun the tires and didn't have enough steam to get the win, a 12.01 downing an 11.11.

The NMCA and NMRA have come together once again for the annual Super Bowl of Street Legal Drag Racing at the Route 66 Raceway in Joliet just outside Chicago, and we’ve got you covered with all the exciting racing action.

Mike Murillo took Super Street from wire-to-wire, qualifying #1 and taking a commanding 6.71 win over Kevin Mitchell and his 7.04 effort.

The NMCA contingent has converged upon Royce and Linda Miller’s impressive Maryland Internationak Raceway this weekend for this, the third event of the season. With the calendar turned to June and summer fully upon us, the action on the track won’t be the only thing heating up.
