Nick Rogers Wins Mothers’ Custom of the Year Award At Goodguys

A HUGE round of congratulations is extended to Nick Rogers, for winning Goodguys and Mothers Polish 2013 Custom of the Year award for his clean, ’51 Mercury. Rogers and his Merc sled grabbed the award at Alameda Fairgrounds, 31st All American Get-Together. It’s a clean ride, and the award is well-deserved!
The Goodguys Spring Nationals played host to the 30th Anniversary season opener and kick-ass hot rods came out in droves! Despite a bit of rough weather on friday, the weekend turned out to be a an exciting display filled with vendors, rods and customs, tire smoking autocross and much more – check it out here!

The Fiesta Party Weekend Car & Bike Show was a great way to welcome the 2013 season of automotive events. Whether you a fan of the low-down cruiser, the traditional hot rod or anything else in between, You were sure to find something to make you smile!
The 2013 NMRA and NMCA schedules have been released. There are six events for each series with a number of special events planned through the year.

Goodguys Hits Colorado for a Weekend Full of Amazing Rods & Customs

Getting lost in the sheen and glitz of hot rod culture is easy when you’re surrounded by over 1,500 show vehicles. But tucked in the sea of gorgeous cars at Goodguys events, you’re likely to find some rare gems alongside plenty of killer customs. Check out what was in store at the 2012 Goodguys Colorado Nationals.
For a select Goodguys events the gates have been busted open on Sundays to allow any year, make, or model of American made cars and foreign models with Detroit powerplants for the Super Sunday Get-Together.
Goodguys is a way of life. Where else can you see some of the country’s baddest builds, meet your favorite suspension or aftermarket superhero, take a hot lap on the autocross course, and grab a corn dog? Pro-Touring Enthusiasts Enjoy a Weekend at Run Thru the Hills VII

Run Thru the Hills VII, an event dedicated to everything that pro-touring stands for, took place last weekend. Ridetech joined several other vendors, along with pro-touring enthusiasts in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee to put some rubber to the pavement in autocross challenges, hang out, and enjoy a weekend full of fun.

The ‘Cuda will be showcased at this year’s Mopars at The Strip event in Las Vegas, April 10th with Diane Sox, Bill Sefton and Mike Staveski. The ‘Cuda was debuted at last year’s MATS event and was paraded around the country where enthusiasts and collectors had the opportunity to purchase tickets to win the ‘Cuda.
The 2010 Forge Muscle Car Show hosted the very first Ford Talladega Family Reunion. This video reviews the entire show including the Talladega Family Reunion, which showcased the awesomely cool Banjo Matthews Prototype Talladega. The heat was out in force for the event, but that didn’t keep the spectators or participants away. Car count was the highest we’ve seen in at the event in recent years and, at just about any point through the weekend, the drag strip staging lanes were at capacity.
