Edelbrock’s E-Force supercharger kit for the C6 made it easy for late-model Corvette owners to add a little boost to their naturally-aspirated Y-bodies. Now, the tuning experts at Lingenfelter have taken that hardware and adapted it for the C5, turning these inexpensive Corvettes into blown street terrors.
The innovative team at Accessible Technologies Inc., the name behind the ProCharger supercharger brand, opened their doors to the powerTV team, allowing us a virtually all-access look inside the design, manufacturing, and assembly process that goes into their self-contained supercharger systems.
We installed the e-Boost Street into our Mustang with a minimum of muss and fuss by following the excellent directions provided by Turbosmart USA. Additionally, we previewed their more powerful E-Boost 2 boost controller.

Edelbrock has recently released their new E-Force supercharging system for the 2011 Mustang. This is different from your typical screw/roots style supercharger and really packs the latest technology. We take a look at Edelbrock’s E-Force supercharger kit designed for a 2006 Mustang. Every aspect, down to the coolant lines, are for fitted for a direct, bolt-on package. After the kit is installed, we will get it onto the chassis dyno to see what kind of power we picked up.
