We finally made it to the race track here in Joliet after getting stuck in traffic for 45 min. A large box truck tried to straddle a guard rail and they brought in a crane to life it off since he drove about 200 feet like that. The weather is great now and we are hoping the weatherman is incorrect for tomorrow and Sunday! Round one qualifying has begun and the staging lanes are still filling up with cars from 22 classes.
