RECAP OF ROUND TWO QUALIFYING IN BRADENTON

Jim Widener is Mr. Consistancy this weekend with back to back 7.56's in his NPS 525 ci BBC Mustang.
This engine was originally built by BES racing engines for Extreme Street duty, but the extensive modifications necessary
to the car for that class led Jim to campaign the car in Nostalgia Pro Street after talking it over with Tony Bischoff who assured
him it would have plenty of power to compete in this class. His number one qualifying position and top MPH back that up.

Skip Baskin kept the front end on the ground this round bettering his 19 second round one shot with an 8.73 @ 151 in round two for the number seven spot.

Spiro Pappas ripped off a nice 206 MPH blast for the round two session though with a slightly slower ET, a 7.02 vs a 6.99 @ 201 in the
first round, taking top MPH in the process.

Steve Miller has the top MPH in Pro Street at 226 with his turbo charged 1999 S-10 pickup. Steve is from Buffalo New York and holds the number seven spot.
