Earl’s introduces the availability of their new Diamond-Lite push-on style hose. Diamond-Lite is available by the foot in 1/4-inch, 5/16-inch, and 3/8-inch I.D. and comes in three colors: black braiding with either red, blue, or yellow diamond pattern tracer.
Why is it cool?
Along with the added quality of hose, Earl’s gives users an alternative to pretty up that engine with something outside of a basic black or blue push on hose. This will give your engine compartment a custom look more appeasing to the eye.
About the Product...
Easy to assemble, the Diamond-Lite hose is put together by cutting and adding Earl’s Econo-Fit clamp housing. Just push onto the barb fitting, tighten the clamp, and you have yourself a fitted hose. While plain black hosing might be easier to find, we find that Diamond-Lite gives us a slight alternative to pretty up our engine bay. Aside from fashion, the function is made easy with Earl’s Econo-fit clamps and that extreme-flexibility that the hose provides.
Technical Information:
Dialmond-Lite is lightweight, flexible, and PET Monofilament non abrasive braid. The hose is meant for low to medium applications with line pressures 100-psi and lower. The operating temperature range is up to 250-degrees(F). The SAE 30R7 rubber smooth bore inner core is rated for oil, fuel, and emission lines.
