Hello Everyone. I am47 years old and have never had a really nice muscle car. I now own a Dodge Dakota with the V8Magnum motor. I understand there is a chip that gets better fuel milage and more Horse Power. Is this a fact or fiction.. And if anyone knows how i can tweek it to get more please let me know.. I own it out right so i can do what i want with it.

I would look into flash tuning. It is a much easier process and can easily changed for more performance, better gas mileage and towing for example. The problem is going to be support for your truck.

There are a lot of great companies out there that specialize in trucks. The problem is that you have a Dodge. Everyone has a Ford or Chevy programmer. Not everyone has a Dodge programmer.

SCT and Diablosport are going to be your best best. There may be others out there, but these two are well known for their Dodge tunes.

new to site,not new to racing

yo,they call me troy,i'm friends w/chevelle rob and i am a big part of rockstar performance(i'm the welder fabricator)i've been around racing of all forms for most of my 47 years.been there done that does not even begin to cover the insanity ive been a part of...or "claimed" to NOT have been.i plan on lyin lo and checkin out the scene here,no poo stirin but i do like to help w/tech problems and chassis stuff.thanks for havin me..............
