When a man and a woman get together, they say that the two of them become more and more alike the longer they’re together. When they’re both gearheads, they often intend to have their own musclecars, instead of sharing one (usually with him doing most or all of the driving). We’ve come across plenty of couples who both have an equally awesome ride, and they often show up to events in separate cars because neither of them desires to be a passenger.

So when we came across this matched pair of rotisserie-restored, numbers-matching 1967 Plymouth GTX Hemi cars, we figured that there’s probably a couple out there who would see these and give up the kids’ college fund to pick up a pair of show stoppers. These cars are being offered as a pair, so if you want one, you have to take the other as well.

While the asking price for the pair is just $310,000, some skeptics would claim that they’re worth far more than half a mil if they are, indeed, genuine Hemi cars. Despite the skeptics, the seller has confirmed that note Mopar afficionado Galen Govier has documented both cars as authentic Hemi cars.

One the one hand, you have a very rare (1 of 17) Hemi convertibles, and the other is a rare (1 of 312) four-speed hardtop Hemis. Both cars have won awards, and they are both finished in medium copper metallic. The hardtop is running a Dana 60 with 4.10 gears, while the vert is running an 8-3/4 with 3.55 gears, and both have factory front disc brakes.
