Ever since the National Breast Cancer Awareness Month was founded in 1985, people have looked for ways to increase awareness in a meaningful way. For automotive enthusiasts, there is only one way to bring more awareness… with vehicles. We wanted to pay homage to many of these vehicles from the past and the present, as well as highlight the risk of breast cancer and promote early detection as the most effective weapon in the fight against breast cancer.

If this pink Chevy truck wasn’t painted for breast cancer awareness, it should have been.

There is just something right about a Ford Explorer representing breast cancer awareness.

Vehicles of all types have been used to raise awareness. This man lift does the job nicely.

A vintage Chevy in pink almost looks natural.

Only slightly more modern than the previous two, this AMC Pacer is also pretty in pink.

What You Can Do:

Exercise. 10-19 hours per week can lower your risk up to 30%

Drink less. Limiting your alcohol intake will reduce your risk

Know the signs. Know what’s normal for you and tell your doctor about any changes

Even the smallest on the road is worthy of pink.

NASCAR’s Camaro SS pace car adopted a pink paint scheme for Breast Cancer Awareness month.

Not to be outdone by the police, the Palm Bay SWAT team went with pink on their tactical vehicle.

Even tow trucks can go pink!
