Video: Custom YEARONE Motorcycle Being Raffled off for a Great Cause

Nothing goes hand in hand with custom cars like unique motorcycles. A vital part of the original hot rod craze, custom bikes are just as much a part of Kustom Kulture to this day as vintage cars and trucks. And now thanks to the Hot Rodders Children’s Charity [1], you have the opportunity to own a sweet custom bike of your own with all the proceeds going to a great cause. Check out the bike in the video [2] above.

The custom bike being raffled off by the HRCC is a $30,000 custom bike and it could be yours for a $10 raffle ticket. Sounds good, right? Well it gets better.

The bike was actually designed and built by YEARONE Bikeworks, a subsidiary of YEARONE Muscle Car Parts [4]. What started out as a passion to make matching bikes and cars has turned out some amazing projects in the past and this bike for the HRCC is no different.

The bike features a Kustomwerks Soft Tail frame, 96ci S&S engine and a Prowler 6-speed transmission. All the controls on the bike were provided by Performance Machine and correspond nicely with the Dakota Digital gauges. Rounding out the package is custom body work and wheels from YEARONE, which means this bike is one of a kind and a primer finish ready for custom paint.

Custom bikes bring everything you like about custom cars to the table, just on two wheels rather than four. So do yourself a favor and purchase a couple raffle tickets for the special YEARONE bike. You’ll be supporting a charity that raises funds and awareness for numerous children’s causes all over the world and you might just get a sweet ride to add to your collection in return. To purchase your raffle tickets, you can visit the YEARONE website here [4]. The raffle is set to take place on January 1, 2013.
