With the weather shifting Goodguys Rod & Custom Association is prepping for the fall and 2014 show season. They’ve got lots of events planned for the coming months. Read further to check out what they’ve got in store.
On September 20th through the 22nd Goodguys will be revisiting the world famous “Brickyard” aka the Indianapolis Motor Speedway for the Goodguys 3rd Speedway Nationals. Admission for the event is $18.00, kids 7-12 can enter for $6.00, and children under the age of 6 get in free. There will be no parking fee for the event either so there’s a few extra bucks in your pocket for a bite to eat or some event gear. The weekend will feature over 2,500 pre-’72 hot rods, classics, muscle cars and trucks. During the event the following special awards will also be announced – 2013 Hot Rod of the Year, 2013 Hemming’s Muscle Machines Muscle Car of the Year Finalist, Builder’s Choice Awards, and Goodguys Pick just to name a few.
Goodguys also announced some very exciting news – a new event added to the 2014 show season. On April 25th through the 27th the association will be hosting The Goodguys All American Nationals at Osceola Heritage Park in Kissimmee, Florida. The last time Goodguys planned an event in Florida was back in 2007.
