Full Service Fabrication Shop: Hot Rods and Good Times at TBC!

The crew at TBC Hot Rods and Bikes in Fayetteville, North Carolina decided that it’s not enough to just be a first-class fabrication shop. They felt that they could also be a place where automotive enthusiasts and others in the community could meet and socialize with their cars and bikes. Now, every fourth Friday the shop becomes what can be described as a hot rod cultural center complete with food, music and good times to be had by all.

This Depth of Speed video tells a great story about a shop does more than turn automotive dreams into mechanical reality. According to TBC’s owner Tim Bradham, the “Garage Night” events began earlier this year as a way to give back to the automotive community.

The event’s popularity has quickly grown to now incorporate more than just locals as people come from near and far. Along with food and refreshments, live bands have been added and the gatherings have gained a reputation for being a great place to hang out and meet new gear head buddies and check out some killer rides.

There is a certain mystique attached to the hot rod fabrication shop. It is there where some of the most innovative ideas take shape and raw materials become intricate machines. However, it can also be a place where members of the hot rod community can gather, mingle and have fun.

Depth of Speed produced this terrific behind-the-scenes video of the TBC shop and their event. It also includes musical contributions from Caspian and Ronnie Hymes. Depth of Speed is a year-long project undertaken by Josh Clarson and his wife to document interesting stories in the automotive world.
