For the last few years Goodguys has partnered with Ford to give away no fewer than five new Mustang GT’s as part of the Goodguys giveaway contest. This year they decided to take a different path and give away Ford’s latest pocket rocket, a new Focus ST.

Bernal Auto Style has been tapped by Goodguys to come up with a design for the car. It will feature a flat black and yellow theme, courtesy of a wrap from PRO Wraps. The car will also have a Steeda body kit installed for a racier exterior appearance, and it will ride on 18 inch wheels from Motegi Racing.

This particular ST will have more going for it than just some enhanced looks. Ford Racing was also tapped to provide a little extra performance for the car in both the engine and the handling department. The mods sourced from the blue oval’s performance division include lowering springs, cat back exhaust, short throw shifter, and a cold air intake system. The car will make it’s public debut in fully completed form March 8th at the Goodguys 4th Spring Nationals in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Just like the Goodguys giveaways of the past registering to win the Focus ST is free. Registration opens March 8th during the Scottsdale event, and online registration also opens the same day. The contest wraps up during the first week of December 2013. A computer will randomly select a winner from the pool of entrants. Goodguys will announce the lucky winner sometime around December 13.
