Like it or not, the iconic Dart nameplate will be making a comeback in 2013. While we have mixed feelings about this, we can’t help but be intrigued with Dodge’s decision to slowly release images of what the new compact model will look like. So far we’ve seen close-ups of the Dart’s front and rear end [2], but recently, Dodge also released images of the car’s interior. From the looks of these images we found on RideLust [3] and Dart-Mouth.com [4], there will be no expense spared to bring drivers the very best Dodge has to offer in the resurrected model.
[5]With no solid proof as to what the Dart will bring, assumptions have been flying when it comes to the car’s interior. Now, thanks to images released on Chrysler Canada’s website, and a few confirmations we can see just what’s in store for the 2013 model.
The Dart will feature an advanced electronic display with analog gauges trimmed in an optional lighting system. Between the gauges, you’ll find an LCD display with turn-by-turn navigation that goes hand-in-hand with the touch screen center media stack.This integrated system will feature hands-free phone and climate controls, as well as satellite radio and a backup camera.
The interior will also feature a double-stitch dashboard and upholstery, ambient light options, your choice of fabric, denim or leather seats, and 14 different color varieties to choose from for primary and accent use. Some higher trim levels will also offer a heated steering wheel, a telescoping/tilt steering column and blind spot detectors.

With the leaked image above and the artsy images Dodge released, you can get a pretty good idea of the new Dart.
Although we haven’t seen the Dart in its entirety yet, Dart-Mouth.com has released some renderings of what they believe the compact model will look like. While we can’t say for sure if these renderings are close to portraying the real deal, they do look rather accurate based on the information we’ve heard so far about the Dart. Unfortunately, for those of you hoping for a Dart that takes design cues from its predecessors [11], it doesn’t look hopeful.
