Official Release:

UMI Performance, Inc. is pleased to announce the availability of a new road race and autocross capable rear sway bar for 1978-1988 GM G-body applications. This lightweight ¾” solid rear sway bar is designed specifically to excel when used in autocross and road racing applications. The lower rate 3052 bar prevents inside rear wheel lift while still providing roll resistance and enhancing rotation. The chassis and differential housing mounts reduce bind normally associated with the factory-style bars. UMI’s tried and true CNC laser cut clamping system allows differential housing mounting on all diameter housings. Three position adjustments allow fine-tuning at the track, choose the longest hole for street and high-speed courses, middle hole for medium, and the shortest hole for maximum rotation. The 3052 bar has been designed to accommodate the factory rear housing, 12-bolt, Ford 9” and Moser M9 while still offering great ground clearance and a clean look. These bars are available with tough red or black powder coat and are designed and manufactured with pride in Philipsburg, PA – USA.
