TCI Engineering offers their Complete Front and Rear Pro-Touring Suspension Package for both ’62-67 and ’68-74 Novas. The only difference between the two applications is the addition of a Trans cross member for the earlier models.
The Stage 1 Complete Front and Rear Pro-Touring Suspension Package comes with a bolt-on front suspension featuring components like single-adjustable billet coil-overs, 1-inch tubular A-arms, 2-inch drop spindles, 1 1/8-inch lower A-arms, 11-inch drilled and slotted rotors, big bore calipers, a crossmember, front sway bar, and power steering rack.
The package also comes with a bolt-on rear suspension with a rear sway bar, torque arm, single-adjustable coil-overs, sub frame connectors and 1 ¼-inch performance bars, which compliment the complete Currie 9-inch rearend with new nodular iron case, high-performance 31-spline axels, choice of gear ratio, TSD posi, internal E-brake 12-inch drilled rotors and big brake calipers.
The Stage 2 Complete Front and Rear Pro-Touring Suspension Package comes with many of the same components, but includes 12-inch Wilwood drilled/slotted rotors and Wilwood 4-piston calipers on all four corners, with Wilwood bearings and aluminum hub up front and a Tru Track posi and internal parking brake in the rear. Stage 3 is upgraded even more with 13-inch drilled/slotted rotors on all four corners, 6-piston calipers in the front and double-adjustable billet coil-overs in the rear. The Stage 3 package also comes with a Currie complete F9 rearend.
If you’re looking for something a little different, TCI Engineering also offers their Coil-Spring Front End & Rear 4-Link Suspension Package for the ’62-67 Nova in two different stages.
The Stage 1 package includes a bolt-on suspension with components like a crossmember, new upper coil-spring hat design, 1-inch tubular A-arms, 1 1/8-inch lower A-arms, 2-inch drop spindles, front sway bar, black powder coated springs, 11-inch drilled and slotted rotors, big bore calipers, adjustable down tubes and a power steering rack.
The rear suspension consists of an adjustable pro-style 4-link with heavy duty 1 ¼-inch high-performance bars, an adjustable panhard bar, All American shocks, sway bar, trans crossmember, 3-inch exhaust C-notch crossmember, driveshaft loop crossmember, subframe connectors and black powder coated coil-springs. These rear suspension features compliment the complete Currie 9-inch rearend with new nodular iron case, high-performance 31-spline axles, TDS posi, 12-inch drilled/slotted rotors, big bore calipers, choice of gear ratio and internal parking brake.
The Stage 2 package offers many of the same great components from Stage 1 but comes with upgrades like 12-inch Wilwood drilled/slotted rotors and 4-piston calipers all the way around, single-adjustable billet coil-overs and Tru Track posi in the rear, and adjustable retro fit coil-overs, Wilwood bearings and aluminum hub in the front.
